DSG is the nation’s largest network of dental labs and lab services. Recently, Look Listen worked to create a comprehensive campaign to boost engagement, top-of-mind consideration, and encouraging case cross-sell and upsell amongst DSG’s most loyal customers. In short, we wanted DSG’s customers to “think DSG first.”
DSG wanted to create an exclusive campaign only for their most loyal customer base in order to boost testimonial submissions and encourage customers to consider additional types of case submissions.
In collaboration with our client team, Look Listen created a microsite and corresponding email, direct mail, and social content to drive traffic to the microsite. The microsite design also needed to feel exclusive and upscale, yet aligned with the DSG brand.
Our front-end developers and designers worked closely together to understand key technical limitations and opportunities presented by the existing website codebase and frameworks.
Our team was able to make only slight modifications to an existing website template in order to build out the microsite pages. This approach allowed for an extremely fast turnaround and provided fresh content to drive email marketing efforts.
To date, DSG has received more than 50 highly shareable testimonials, with users spending an average time on site of 2:28 (above the industry average of 2:10). Customers are also spending time among all pages of the microsite, showing a strong interest in learning more and exploring the content beyond the homepage. Additionally, every time an email or social post went live, the site experienced a dramatic uptick in traffic, indicating customers were motivated by not only reminders, but by different content items highlighted in the posts.
